A local sourcing and production support case study for a Japan-facing silver jewelry project in Taxco, Mexico.
Challenge:
The client wanted to develop original silver jewelry in Mexico, but needed reliable access to workshops, artisans, sample production, local communication and quality checks.
What We Did:
TokyoTacos supported the project by researching and visiting silver workshops in Taxco, communicating with local makers, checking sample possibilities, gathering price references and coordinating the early production process.
We helped connect the client’s product idea with real local production options, while documenting the process through photos and field notes.
